Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users on-site as well as via telephone
Provide end users with resolution and assistance to Windows XP, Vista and Mac OSX related problems
Hardware support for Windows and Macintosh
Network access troubleshooting and repair
Diagnosis and removal of viruses, spyware and malware
Provide assistance to standard supported applications: MS Office, browsers, etc.
Documentation and resolution of issues using a client ticketing systems
Maintain mobile devices including Windows Mobile, Blackberry and iPhone
Maintain printers - replacing toner, drums and fusers as needed
Troubleshoot VOIP phone system.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OSX
Understanding of TCP/IP networking
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and the Internet
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and organization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail oriented.
Familiarity with Linux a plus.
